Federchimica – Federazione Nazionale dell’Industria Chimica – rappresenta oltre 1450 imprese, per un totale di 94.000 addetti, raggruppate in 17 Associazioni di settore, a loro volta suddivise in 38 Gruppi merceologici. Federchimica fa parte di Confindustria e, in Europa, del Cefic, European Chemical Industry Council. Assocasa (Associazione Nazionale detergenti e specialità per l’industria e per la casa) riunisce 116 imprese nazionali e multinazionali operanti in Italia, con un fatturato globale che supera i 3 miliardi di euro. Rappresenta le imprese produttrici di prodotti per la pulizia, la manutenzione e l’igiene degli ambienti: detersivi per la casa, le comunità e le industrie. Il Gruppo di ausiliari per la detergenza e tensioattivi, uno dei 13 gruppi merceologici di Federchimica – AISPEC (Associazione Nazionale imprese chimica fine e settori specialistici) riunisce oltre 30 aziende che forniscono materie prime alla filiera della detergenza. Tramite il settore PITIO – Prodotti Industriali Tensioattivi e Intermedi Organici aderisce al CESIO – European Committee of Organic Surfactants and their Intermediates che rappresenta l’industria europea dei tensioattivi.

Federchimica – the Italian Federation of the chemical industry – represents more than 1450 companies, with a total of 94.000 employees. It is grouped into 17 Associations, articulated into 38 sector product groups. Federchimica is a member of Confindustria (General Confederation of the Italian Industry) and Cefic (European Chemical Industry Council). Assocasa (National Association of Detergents and Specialties for industry and home care) represents 116 national and multinational companies operating in Italy, with a total turnover exceeding 3 billion euro. Assocasa represents two sectors: I&I sector (Industrial and Institutional) and Consumer products sector. The Group of auxiliaries for the detergents and surfactants, one among the Federchimica’s sector product group and taking part of AISPEC (Italian Association of fine chemicals and specialized sectors), groups more than 30 companies supplying raw materials to detergency supply chain. The Group via PITIO – Prodotti Industriali Tensioattivi e Intermedi Organici is member of CESIO – European Committee of Organic Surfactants and their Intermediates– which represents the European surfactants industry.
