Biography

Luca Pattarello, after gaining study experience abroad, earned a PhD in Biotechnology before starting his career in the chemical industry.

He began working in the Home and Personal Care FMCG category at Reckitt Benckiser, where he held various positions in Research and Development as well as Quality. Later, he joined Italchimica, where he currently serves as the R&D, Quality, and Regulatory Affairs Director. Together with his team, he oversees the R&D development, compliance, and quality of the entire range of detergent, disinfectant, and cosmetic products for both professional and consumer markets.
