L’Avv. Cristina Bellomunno è Senior Counsel del dipartimento IP, IT e Digital Law di Legalitax Studio Legale e Tributario. È esperta nel settore dei marchi, brevetti, know how, design, concorrenza sleale, pubblicità, diritto d’autore, software, diritto dell’internet. È autrice di numerose decine di articoli pubblicati su riviste giuridiche e svolge attività di formazione nella materia dell’IP. Dal 2006 è membro della redazione scientifica della rivista Giurisprudenza annotata di diritto industriale. Membro dell’ECTA (European Community Trademark Association) e di AIPPI (Associazione Internazionale per la Protezione della Proprietà Intellettuale).

Cristina Bellomunno is Senior Counsel in the IP, IT and Digital Law department of Legalitax Studio Legale e Tributario. She is an expert in the field of trademarks, patents, know-how, design, unfair competition, advertising, copyright, software and internet law. She is the author of dozens of articles published in legal journals and carries out training activities in the field of IP. Since 2006 she has been a member of the scientific editorial board of the journal Giurisprudenza annotata di diritto industriale. She is a member of ECTA (European Community Trademark Association) and AIPPI (International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property).
