Biography

Antonia Doncila has completed a PhD in Chemical Oceanography at the University of Edinburgh looking at the nutrient cycling in the Arctic Ocean, in the context of climate change. She joined Croda in 2021 in the role of Group Sustainability Specialist, and she is responsible for developing and rolling out frameworks and processes to monitor best practice and drive continual improvement, as Croda works towards achieving its Commitment to be Climate, Land and People Positive by 2030. As part of this, she is utilizing techniques such as Life Cycle Assessment to assess the environmental and social impacts of operations, products and services.
