Biography

Aneta is Chemical Engineer with a Master’s degree from the Warsaw University of Technology. She began her career at Reckitt’s largest factory in Poland before joining the FINISH R&D Innovation Centre in Germany, where she led formula development for multiple ADW tiers and managed cross-functional projects from concept to market launch. Since June 2025, she is Technical Sales Manager at Harke, combining her engineering and chemistry background with commercial leadership. She leads the Total Clean Solution project, which integrates chemistry and raw materials, manufacturing and packaging services at Harke PackServ, together with PVOH foil expertise – offering clients a true all-in-one, sustainable service model.
