I tensioattivi sono uno dei componenti essenziali dei detergenti. Oltre a sciogliere e de- o emulsionare le contaminazioni, hanno il compito di abbassare la tensione superficiale.

In questa presentazione, la tensiometria a pressione di bolla viene introdotta come metodo per misurare la tensione superficiale dinamica e quindi anche per monitorare la concentrazione di tensioattivi.

Per analizzare in modo completo l’effetto dei tensioattivi, è necessario tenere conto anche del loro comportamento schiumogeno.

Il FoamTester SITA qui presentato è un sistema completamente automatico in grado di generare schiuma e di misurarne sia il volume che la struttura.

Surfactants are one of the essential components of detergents. Besides dissolving and de- or emulsifying contaminations, they have the versatile task of lowering the surface tension.

In this presentation, bubble pressure tensiometry is introduced as a method for measuring the dynamic surface tension and thus also for monitoring the surfactant concentration.
